  • Alternatively, you could have a stake in the property with flexible equity-based agreements, including where appropriate an agreed Special Purchase Vehicle, specifically for the project.
  • At project completion, there are re-financing opportunities for longer-term investments.
  • Your exit strategy will be critical to our success. So, we’ll create an exceptionally clear plan for renting or selling the developed property; this is your promise of a well-thought-out and committed approach to repay the loan, or offer strong rental yields.
