JLH Homes Ltd was first established in 2017 when its founder Jaime-Leigh Saint had a vision to transform old British architecture into luxury properties, while also offering great returns for her investors. Since then, JLH Homes has completed many developments across the UK and entered many different markets including serviced accommodation, student lettings, HMOs and full-time lettings. JLH Homes are now looking to expand and diversify into more areas in & outside of the UK.

I am a Property Investor, looking to create a great financial return for my family and my investors/business partners while ensuring the best possible property renovations.
My background is In Aeronautical Engineering for a large corporate airline where I have worked in many roles from hands on engineer to maintenance oversight and programmes. This came in handy as I am used to being stressed and tense, which real estate development can definitely entail.
I knew for a long time that I wanted to get into real estate investing and development, and when I fell pregnant, my husband and I knew we wanted to do more with our lives, so we became a great team and started working in earnest.
He supported me through all my crazy ideas, hours of travelling across the country with our newborn daughter, and sleepless nights of worry that the projects inevitably brought.
In 2017, during my pregnancy, I participated in a VIP mentorship programme at Progressive Property. This was an incredible year of learning and an awakening to what can be achieved when the right investors and developers come together.
I now regularly attend training and networking meetings across the UK to keep up to date with the latest rules and legislation.
