We’re fully committed, but not limited to creating affordable social housing.

JLH Homes aims to transform unused commercial units into safe, exceptional-quality spaces for those unable to buy their own property, or meet sky-high rents from private landlords. Generally, this type of development is covered by Permitted Development Rights, so you’ll have less red tape with planning permission, which is costly and time-consuming.

I know property.

I believe I have a sixth sense to see what a property could be, and the resources needed to make it so. Likewise, when we’ve got to know each other, most likely, I’ll recognise what could work for you.

Potentially, we would be working on a loan note basis for me to take ownership of the deal – with a view eye to possible joint venture deals. For me, it’s all about forging a positive working relationship. From acquiring the perfect property to your exit strategy, I’ll manage the entire process to the highest possible standards.
